Fish burger

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Coat the fish fillet into panko, then fry in hot vegetable oil (190C) for 2 or 3 minutes, until golden brown and crisp turning the fish over halfway through. Season with salt and set aside.

2. Cut the buns in half and toast under the grill or in a pan with a knob of butter.
3.Build your burger: Bun base, wasabi tartare sauce, gherkins, fish fillet, tomato, salad, wasabi tartare sauce (or sweet chilli), top bun.
